Have been away from Singapore for almost a 3 weeks and at somepoint during those 3 weeks have been wondering what the h*** am I doing in Australia. I do know that the quality of life is 'better' in Sydney but between buying groceries (realised that I have to restock my kitchen in my service apartment again after spending 1/2 day restocking my kitchen in Sydney), shopping, cleaning and laundry, there is little time to enjoy the 'better' quality of life in Sydney. I guess it is not the place that your feet are that matter but that you go about achieving that quality of life. Being in a country does not make your quality of life any better if you stick to the same routine.
Just wanted to take this moment to thank God for giving me the opportunity to have a blessed life as I never imagine that I would be where I am during my marble shooting days. Also I am blessed to have good friends and good memories. I may have bad experiences at times but am constantly reminded to stop complaining when others have 'no feet' when we are complaining about 'having no proper shoes for our feet'. Amen.
Ok have to get back to work. Hope to head to Fremantle and visit the sites of Perth over the weekend.
Say a pray, take a chance, make a change....
Cheers
